Prepared Meals

Whether meal preparation is a challenge or just an inconvenience, it can be nice to let someone else do the cooking. These programs provide nutritious meals to older adults. Some meals are served in community settings where participants can also socialize and engage in activities. These are called congregate meals. Other programs deliver meals to clients' homes.
