Adult Day Centers
Adult day centers provide activities and other services for adults who need supervised care. Some centers, based on a social model, provide meals, social activities, and recreation. Other centers, based on a health model, also offer some medical or personal care services such as medication management and bathing. The adult day centers listed here primarily serve older adults with dementia. There are others that specialize in younger adults with developmental disabilities.
