Mobility & Fall Prevention
As we age, we may experience changes in the way we walk and move, our sense of balance, and our physical strength. These mobility changes may make it more difficult to live in our homes and can increase the risk of falling. The programs on this page help older adults learn about fall risk and improve strength, balance, and confidence. Some also reduce fall risk by assisting with home repairs and modifications.
